Legal Documentation

MAINTENANCE
Small maintenance and repairs are performed in-house, larger or specialised jobs are out-sourced. If there is an emergency, tenants can call our team 24/7 for assistance.
INSPECTIONS
Our services include an initial detailed report with digital photos for insurance coverage, and ongoing inspections every 3 months to meet landlord insurance requirements.
REPORTING
We ensure rent is paid on time and provide real-time financial statements. We pay relevant bills and maintenance invoices on the owner’s behalf and provide end-of-year financial statements.
